Thank You, December Sponsors!

Sunday, December 6, 2009

I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of our wonderful sponsors for the month of December. Your support helps keep my fingers a typin'. Friends and readers, if you have a minute, please stop by and visit the shops of the handmade artists and crafters that support our little spot on the web here, they're all fabulous folks with amazing things to offer.

Bathtubbling- Their shop got cleaned out during a crazy good Black Friday sale, but when they return, they've offered up a coupon code for all of you to use! To get 20% off at Bathtubbling, enter code "CAT1209" at checkout.

kunklebaby- At Kunklebaby, you will find luxury, handcrafted items for children, and those still young at heart. Combining fun, vibrant color with unique & elegant design.

Reneesance- Handmade, whimsical pirate hats and other renaissance and steampunk inspired goodies as well as fabulous vintage finds from my adventures around Delaware.

Hobocampcrafts- Re purposed and re loved handmade. Make sure to check out their adorable coffee cuffs. I Love them!

Fivedot- This shop is loaded with gorgeous custom holiday cards. Moms especially, hop on over to turn a picture of your little one into a mailable piece of art.

RandomPretties- Brightly colored holiday stockings, clothes for the little ones, bibs, travel tissue holders (I so need one of these), zipper pouches, and some really rad tutorials that even non-sewers can use. Super cute stuff!

Maggie's Studio- She specializes in handmade jewelry and sewn items like guitar straps and eyeglass cases. If you see something you like, but need a different color or size, please contact her and she can make an item just for you!

Shastababy- There you'll find a variety of things, mostly bags, purses and accessories, with a few other goodies thrown in for good measure. All items are handmade in my smoke free studio and are ready to ship when you order.

Txvintagebootsshoes- Seriously, I've never seen so many boots in my life. Shes got a really rad selection over there.

XmarkstheTot- Home of the tee suit! My favorite place to buy one piece outfits for my chubby baby boy. Things that actually fit him.

------------
There are still sponsor spots available for January, you can read more about that here, if you'd like.

Awesome that you have so many sponsors. Some of those shops are SWELL!!!!! Thank you for sharing the links.

...And now I show my ignorance: What does it mean to have a sponsor?

joyfully gray- thank you for going and checking out the links! they're all really great shops.

sponsors are people that support our blog (me, my family, my writing), and within that, pay a small amount to have their ads displayed on our page.

we choose to display ads from indie artists and crafters, rather than mainstream ads. I like to design the ads myself, to give it more of a personal touch, and because I think it looks classy to have everything on my blog match.

there is more info on ad space up at the top scroll bar if you want to read more about it :)
