The other day we went out as a family for the first time. All 4 of us. Does that sound weird to anyone else? ..."All 4 of us".
Charlie was all snuggled up in his car seat, with blankets secured at every possible angle to prevent bobble head syndrome. And as you can tell by the above picture, he was having a great time.
Eleanore got to wear her new hat and scarf combo, so nicely made and sent to her from Christopher's Nana. Now every time I look at a picture of Elie, I see such a big girl. Shes not just "cute". Shes grown into beautiful. Maybe its the background music I have playing right now as I'm writing this, or maybe its my hormones, but... I sure do have a gorgeous little girl.
And then there is my husband. Having him home the past couple of weeks has been a dream come true. I had forgotten how hopelessly in love with him I am. Thank god for cameras, sunsets, and sad attempts at mustache growth.

So cool to read the love.
awww! you do have a beautiful family. im so jealous of the facial hair...tim had to shave his 4 days into vacation because he was still going up on base to work out. lame!! that was the one thing i was super excited about was him being able to grow a beard..but he couldnt.

Haven't been to your blog for a week or two. Congrats on the new babe! He's so handsome with all that hair!

Ow...shoot--I just got hit in the eye with a neon-colored laser beam of love! Hurts so good! Beautiful family, and your gratitude for the small things looks beautiful on you!
wow, amazing sunset.....and lovely family '_'
What a cute family. Charlie has a head full of hair! Wow! Hope the outting was fun.
What a beautiful family.......
Gorgeous baby, daughter, and amazing sunset in that last shot. Great blog post.
honestly, if chris and andy had a facial hair battle, i think chris would win. andy's mustache attempts are more hilariously futile than sad, but i guess that's just a matter of perspective.
it's hard to get a good shot of a gorgeous sunset, but that one turned out pretty good!
your kids are beautiful. only thing missing... a picture of you.
Ain't life grand?
Family time is the best! Thanks for sharing!
oohh I know exactly what you mean about having the hubby home and having your little family together. I so miss Zach now that he is back at the daily grind again.
Your family is adorable and so sweet- and I love Christopher's hat! Be Well cuties - if we weren't a million ils away I'd bring Hazel over and we'd have a grand ole' playdate- full of yum yums! BTW how is your stomach? I never knew what it was- a problem just b/c of pregnancy or something you always have. I hope you're feeling well either way xo
