Nothing I could possibly say, can describe the suck that I feel right now. Its not even my own personal suck, its the suck suffering of someone else. Every Monday sucks, but, wow... today really is Monday suck-day isn't it?
Which is why we do a giveaway!!
As you can see, we've got a wonderful holiday giveaway this week!! I'm really excited. Christmas makes me giggle. A lot, hehe. The loot this time around, is a beautiful "Polar Bear Paper Ornament", handmade by PaperLadyInvites, and a delicious looking handmade "Christmas Soapsicle", by anniepoo. Thank you to both sponsoring shops this week, for offering up such great handmade items!!
The Official Rules to Monday suck-day 14: (Lately we've had so many disqualifications, so please make sure to read the rules thoroughly before entering, thanks!)
-Visit both of the sponsoring shops, anniepoo and PaperLadyInvites. Pick out your favorite item(s) from their shops, and then come back here and tell us alllll about them, by leaving a comment, making sure to say what item is from which shop, and all that good stuff. You have to visit both shops for your entry to be valid. If you do not have blogger, make sure to leave your name and email. That way we can get in contact with you if you're the lucky winner!
-For an additional entry, tell us why this Monday, or Mondays in general, suck. In detail though, make it fun! Simply saying "because I have to go back to work", will not gain you an extra entry, haha. We want the juicy stuff.

So my Monday sucks today b/c i know I have to go to work tomorrow. I love my days off but hate them at the same time b/c then that means i have to return to work.

Reason why i think mondays suck: I HATE the start of the week! Why can't there be longing weekends & shorter weekdays! *groans!* There's just too much to do, bringing in laundry, packing up of my room..

This Monday sucks because I kept myself up late last night fuming because my hubby wouldn't give me a back rub. waaaa...I'm such a pouter that I keep myself awake at night (and I don't think he looses a wink of sleep!! hahaha!)
to make myself feel better, I would love to buy the booger soap from anniepoo to leave in his soap dish. that'll teach him!
Knowing me I would feel guilty about the boogers and want to give him something nice like the beautiful Advent calendar from paperladyinvites (everything she has is gorgeous, so anything would do really!) Of course, he might still find booger soap in there if he's a meannie again!
Mikey is sick today and is staying home from school. The kids from next door got him sick again! I didnt even get to sleep in because both boys were up earlier than usual. grr.

Why Monday Sucked:
Yesterday (Monday) sucked for many reasons:
1. I had to go back to work after a three day weekend.
2. I found out a coworker is getting married. I can't even find a man, yet that cornball can find someone to marry him?? That started the bad mood.
3. The phone rang too much at work. I now hate talking on the phone.
4. Went to the gym afterwork. The place is packed and I none of my favorite machines were available. This about thru me over the edge. Where did all of these people come from? Today is the day that they ALL decide they are fat and need to go to the gym??
5. I have to use an oliptical machine that I do not like. Even on manual and at the lowest setting it is kicking my butt. I am sweeting like a fool, stuggling and cursing people under my breath.
6. After the gym I went to my weekly Belly Dancing class. Not a good idea. By the end of the class I was in the bathroom hiding. Literally! And crying too of course. I am a girl after all.
Does that get me a point??

Two Mondays ago, my daughter had a seizure and last Monday, my son had one. (They're both okay now. they are on medication for this, and each have 1 to 2 seizures a year, but never this close together!)
Loved the army man soap and custom thank you cards.
I really like Anniepoo's bird soap and egg soaps. They'd be cute together in a little nest basket.
And I love the Handmade Paper Advent Christmas Calendar at PaperLadyInvites.
I know it's Tuesday, but my Monday really sucked because I was out all day with my son, and therefore he couldn't take a nap (that little bugger will only sleep in his crib), so he was a crab all day. Then he was up through the night since he was overtired, so now my Tuesday sucked too. Hopefully things will change tomorrow!

Mondays suck because sleeping with the boss doesn't get you to stay home from work, even if you do, you will be expected to clean, do laundry and cook supper so that said boss has a hot meal when he comes home.

Monday's suck because I am left home alone (I know at first glance it does not sound bad). However I am left with the clean-up, which drains my day and starts the week off poorly. Laundry is overflowing, the bathrooms need to be cleaned, floors mopped and vacuumed, dusting to be done, the list goes one. Not the best way to spend a Monday.
