The other day Eleanore reached her hand out for mine, and said "Mommy, you're my best friend"...
...but I think its clear who her real best friend is.

awww..this was a sort of bittersweet entry for me, as we just lost our sweet black kitty that was my daughter's best friend.
But it makes me happy to see your daughter with a special relationship to her kitty.
